Writes out two new .srf files of the differences between them. The first new file, mapdiff1.srf, shows the regions present in the first .srf file but absent from the second, while the second, mapdiff2.srf, shows the regions present in the second .srf file but absent from the first.

Writes out a single new .srf file, called mapcommon.srf, of only the regions that are common to both the input .srf files.
or
Writes out a single new .srf file, called mapcombine.srf, of all regions present in both the input .srf files.
The program is particularly useful for comparing the differences/similarities in the shapes of protein binding sites.
Run MAPDIFF by typing: mapdiff.
